Final Decision: Powerlink’s Designated Network Asset Access Policy for Western Downs DNA

McCafferty Legal was pleased to assist Powerlink Queensland in the successful development and approval of the Western Downs DNA Access Policy (which supports connection of the Cubico and Stanwell Wambo Wind Farms) and congratulates Powerlink Queensland on the AER approval of the policy.

The Access Policy adds to a growing body of DNA Access Policies in the market, as more of these assets are developed and the utilisation of the DNA framework matures.
