Roger has 37 years’ experience in Australia and overseas as a corporate lawyer in the resources sector and he has held the positions of Chief Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel of ASX listed resource companies.
Roger has been responsible for the legal function of multinational business operations as well as working closely with directors and senior management executives.
Roger’s experience includes major M&A transactions; joint venture arrangements, development of resource reserves (and associated property, planning, environmental and authorisations/permits); major infrastructure construction; environmental audit and compliance and climate change, net zero emissions and decarbonisation strategies.
