The successful delivery of works depends on a proper understanding, assessment and acceptance / allocation of risk. To help our clients achieve this, McCafferty Consulting provides advice and leadership on project risk management including identification, analysis, and allocation of risk. This includes engagement with key project stakeholders, the establishment and conduct of targeted and expansive risk workshops, the tracking of identified risks and management of their assessment and mitigation, and the development of strategies for their acceptance, allocation and management through project contract and other mechanisms.
